• Old Homes such as Manufactured Double-wides, complete “fixer-uppers” less desire = less than $450,000

Unless you want to spend some money on upgrading an entire home, your starting point should really be >$650,000.  Keep in mind that many times the land itself is worth $250k...put a home on it and now you are easily over $650k.

Huntersville, NC Waterfront Homes for Sale - (South LKN) Not many WF Homes, Large Town spreading East to West, Full amenities, ~ 25 mins to Charlotte.
